Son Hye-In is one of the characters in Sweet Home. She is portrayed by Kim Guk-Hee.

Throughout the Series[]
In Episode 1 Son Hye-In is first seen with her dog Bom at the lobby taking photos of the lowered shutters with her phone when Cha Jin-Ok approaches her, she tells Son Hye-In that her daughter m hasn't return yet and asks who lowered the shutters. Then she hears screams, goes to the convenience store and tells Kim Seok-Hyeon that she has been taking photos of everything as evidence.
There she witness how Lee Eun-Hyeok removes the chains locking the doors of the manager's office with a fire extinguisher. Then after No Byeong-Il tells everyone that Kim Seok-Hyeon have found the controls to lift the shutters she sees a strange figure outside so she takes out her phone and start to take photos of that strange figure when Bom starts barking.
After the strange figure, the Tongue Monster, makes his way inside he impales a Delivery Man with his sharp tongue and starts sucking his insides, all that few inches away from Son Hye-In, which causes most of the reidents to run away but Son Hye-In stays still unable to move because she is too afraid until she collapses to the floor and Bom run aways.
Then she starts crowling away from the Tongue Monster when she hears a noise behind her, the noise of the Delivery Man being drop to the floor after being sucked dry. The Tongue Monster pointed his tongue into her and Kim Seok-Hyeon but before the Tongue Monster was able to attack Lee Eun-Hyeok fired a fire extinguisher into the monster which caused him to back down and Son Hye-In took advantage of the the distraction to get up and run away.
After Lee Eun-Hyeok and Seo Yi-Kyung managed to kick the tongue monster outside Green Home and Kim Seok-Hyeon presses the button to low the shutters once again the fleeing neighbors return to the lobby and Kim Ji-Eun returns Bom to Son Hye-In. There they look outside and see the tongue monsters is not alone, there are several other monsters outside of the building, they also see a running woman outside of the building but the monsters caught her and killed her.
Personality[]
She seems to be very nosy and to enjoy talking behind others backs and gossips as she knows where the rooms where the other residents lived before the monsters appeared aswell as what their names are and their personalities. There are sometimes where she might appear to be somewhat of a coward because she falls down and screams when she sees a monster and she is the only woman (excluding extras) who didnt go to help Han Du-Sik when he was attacked by the Spider Monster but she made an effort to overcome it, other times she went with the others to fight monsters such as the hairy monster or the slime monster and she was ready to help the survivors to fight Jung Ui-Myeong after he and Cha Hyun-Su came back from the rooftop.
She also seems to care about her fellow neighbors and survivors, she was concerned about Kim Seok-Hyeon's abusive behaviour towards An Seon-Yeong and defended her in the meeting where they were supposed to vote if they kick Cha Hyun-Su out of Green Home or not when Kim Seok-Hyeon kept being hostile towards An Seon-Yong, she was devastated when An Seon-Yeong told she had symptoms of becoming a monster and was mad at No Byeong-Il and the others when they looked weird at Cha Hyun-Su when he came to pick his food portion.
Physical Appearance[]
She is an adult woman with shoulder-lengh black hair. She wears a red and green patterned dress and after a while she starts wearing a white sweater over the dress.
