Biography[]
He is first seen greeting Hyun-su when he moved in, expressing his frustration on how he is always used for everything in the building's maintenance rather than a professional.
He is later seen peeping into Hyun-su's apartment.
Personality[]
He is shown to be stressed by his job due to his boss only using him for most of the building's maintenance, he seems to have a neutral attitude towards Hyun-su, but seemed to hate the other residents due to their bad treatment towards him.
Physical Appearance[]
In human, the security guard is a man with a blue jacket and a tie. He has a cap.
As a monster, the guardian with decomposing skin and black eyes. He has flies all over his face and in his mouth. He has the same clothes as in his human form and the bushman from the first episode.

- In the webtoon, it is revealed he closed the shutters of the building with the intent to kill every resident of the building after being fed up from their constant neglect, it's unknown whether his transformation triggered this or if he was doing this before he transformed into a monster.
- In the webtoon, his monsterized body is trapped in the elevators and is freed after the survivors restore power to the building, which leads to the deaths of 2 survivors until he is ultimately killed.
