Plot[]
Hyun Cha dreams of the crash in which his family died. His inner monster tells him that he can make everyone disappear just as he wanted. In that moment a Steroid monster pushes the door knocking Hyun Cha on the ground and attempts to get the children. Hyun Cha manages to grab the monster by the leg, stopping him from reaching the children and giving them time to escape. The monster slams Hyun Cha on the wall and punches him, however Jae-heon slashes the monster back, causing it to fall, and with Jisu they take Hyun Cha and run. They see he is infected, but decide not to kill him.
The kids meet the Blind monster and while waiting for it to go away, the Steroid monster appears behind them. Wanting to attack the kids, the blind monster hits the steroid one, who pulls the blind monster and starts beating him and eventually throws him outside of the building.
The steroid monster manages to catch up to the kids. Meanwhile, Yi Kyung turns the power on, but gets attacked by a spider-like monster. Im Myeong-suk with the stroller protects the kids, but the monster attacks her. Seeing it stepping on her baby stroller, Im Myeong-suk snapped out of it and remembers that her child is long gone. While the monster beats her, the kids return to Hyun Cha. The steroid monster then turns towards them, but Im Myeong-suk starts her transformation and attacks it from behind. Jae-heon Jung decides to take on the monster and gets its attention. Hyun Cha manages to bring the kids to Dusik . Jae-heon manages to lure the monster and make it fall from the building. Im Myeong-suk regains her senses and stops her transformation and Jisu Yoon brings her to Dusik and the kids. After finding Jae-heon, Jisu takes some food and things from her apartment and they join Dusik Han and the rest, where they all share a meal. They turn on the TV and watch the news, seeing the South Korean President speaking of how they can survive, but he suddenly shows symptoms of monsterization and the South Korean Military shoots and kills him. Before the South Korean President dies, he starts stating that "Korea will end" and "everyone will die".
While store owner Seok Kim closes his store, Yoon-jae comes down and shares food with the residents. In the morning, Eun Hyeok gives encouraging message over the building's radio station. He announces the first floor being safe and invites remaining resident survivors to come down with food and weapons. A woman, Cha Jin-ok wanting to get her child back, Min-ju, opens the shutters. While trying to stop her, they see Min-ju running towards them. Lee Su-ung decides to run to her and help her, but as he reaches her, the Tongue monster pierces both him and Min-ju.
